The Town Of Laurel is seeking to hire a Public Works Maintenance Technician; experience is preferred in water, sewer main repair, lawn maintenance, and the ability to do minor maintenance and operate small equipment. Must posses the ability to lift at least 60 pounds, work in in-climate weather, have a high school diploma, or GED, and have a valid driver’s license.  Typical work week is Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30 pm, 40 hour work week.   Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.   This position reports directly to the Public Works Superintendent.    Salary DOQ, plus Town benefit package.    Send resume and town application to: Town Of Laurel, 201 Mechanic St. Laurel, DE 19956 Attn: Public Works Director-PW Maint.
